When you request an estimate, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, requested service, and project message. We also create a one-way, salted hash of the submitting IP address for short-window abuse prevention; Wire Smart does not store the raw IP address with the request.

We use estimate-request information to review your project, contact you, prepare or schedule service, prevent form abuse, maintain business records, and improve our website and customer service.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use service providers to host the website, securely store submissions, and measure site performance. They may process information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or our legal rights.
Retention and security
We retain request information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable business or legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
